My payment didn’t go through. Can you help?

We apologise for the inconvenience. Usually failed orders resulted from wrong PIN, wrong fingerprint, wrong OTP. Hence, failed authentication will occur. If you still prefer to pay via credit card please place a new order.

Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal (we’ll send you a link) or PayNow.
If you’re still having problems with your payments, it would be the best to contact your issuing bank.
