I placed my order on a Friday evening. Will I receive it on the following Monday?

Once you have placed your order, please give us 1-2 working days to prepare your order. We don’t work on weekends and on Singapore’s Public Holidays. On weekdays, we work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.We do our best to prepare and ship orders the next working day.

Will my order be delivered on a weekend or holiday?

For Singapore, there is no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays.

For Malaysia and other countries, please get in touch with your local courier for their working times.

I’m not at home and I might miss the delivery.

For Singapore, your package will be secured to your letterbox, there’s no need for someone to be home to receive the parcel.

For Malaysia and other countries, signature may be required. Please contact your local courier for more information.

Can I request the parcel to be sent to me on a particular day or time?

Sorry, we don’t provide this service.

For special requests, you may try to contact your local courier for possible special arrangements. However, we do not guarantee that they offer special arrangements and any other fees shall be shouldered by the customer.
