For return of Clear Skin Essentials Starter Kit, please refer to 90 Days Money Back Guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products must be returned <strong>unused<\/strong>, and in <strong>original condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The return process for all products except Essential starter kit is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Download the <strong>Return Form<\/strong> and fill it out. Email us the completed form at care_skinlycious@fusioncosmetics.com.my. Send it back to us within 90 days of the product receipt date. Strictly no extension.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will send you an email acknowledgement and return details. We will not accept any returns without a valid email acknowledgement from our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mail your return product(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving the email acknowledgement from our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once we receive the product(s) and verify they are unused and in original condition, you will receive a full refund of the product(s) cost only; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon approval, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional Notes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We will not accept return without any return form or email acknowledgement from our team.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>90 days period will start once the courier records successful delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. <\/strong>We highly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when shipping the product(s). We will not be able to make any refund if we do not receive the return product(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the rare case of <strong>wrong product(s) sent or with manufacturing defects<\/strong>, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the product(s) in their original condition within 10 days of the purchase date. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions).
