What is Skinlycious E-Gift Card?
Skinlycious E-Gift Cards work just like regular Gift Cards, however, a digital card with a code is emailed to the recipient.
A copy of the E-Gift Card will also be sent to the purchaser as confirmation that the email was sent. 
Skinlycious E-Gift Card can only be used in this website.

How to purchase a bigger value E-Gift Card?
Checkout multiple S$25 E-GC. For example, if you want a S$100 E-Gift Card, just checkout with 4 S$25 E-Gift Cards and we’ll send you a full S$100 E-GC.

FAQ

  1. Where can I put the recipient’s email address?
    -You can put the recipient’s email address on the Order Notes box just before checkout.
  2. What if I want 4 separate S$25 E-GC instead of a full S$100?
    -Please indicate in the Order Notes or you can reach out to our Customer Care.
  3. I want to purchase multiple E-Gift cards for 2 persons, can I just place 1 order? 
    -Yes! Just indicate clearly in the Order Notes the email addresses and amount you want each to receive. 
  4.  How long before we can receive the E-Gift card?
    -We will do our best to send the E-Gift card as soon as possible. You should get the E-GC code within 1 working day. Please note that we don’t work on weekends and Singapore’s public holidays.
  5. I didn’t receive my E-GC, what can I do?
    -Kindly check your spam/junk folder. For further support, please reach out to our Customer Care.
  6. Can I use Skinlycious E-Gift Card on Shopee or Lazada?
    -Our E-Gift card is only redeemable on our main website and cannot be used on Shopee, Lazada, and Toy Outpost – Plaza Singapura. 
  7.  I want to cancel and have a refund. How can I do it?
    -Please reach out to our Customer Care via email ([email protected]) or chat.
    We can issue a refund strictly within 30 days as long as the E-GC remains unused.
  8. If the gift card is used partially, can I refund?
    -Sorry, we can’t do partial refunds.
  9. I received a Skinlycious E-Gift Card for my birthday, can I refund it?
    -Sorry, we can’t refund to a different account or credit card.
  10.  I lost my Skinlycious E-Gift Card code, can I have my refund?
    -E-Gift Cards should be treated like cash. They cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
