Download the Return Form and fill it out. <br>Email us the completed form at care@skinlycious.com. Send it back to us within 3 days of the product receipt date. <br><br>Sorry, but no extension. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return details. Mail your return product(s) back to use within 14 days of receiving the RMA.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How long do I have to wait before I can see the refund on my statement?<\/strong><br>Once we receive the product(s) and verify they are unused and in original condition, you will receive a full refund of the product(s) cost only. Usually, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It\u2019s been a while and I still don\u2019t see my refund.<\/strong><br>It is recommended to check with your issuing bank first. <br>Be sure to submit the refund date, refund amount, and other pertinent details when enquiring to your bank. <br>If the bank still cannot find the refund. You may contact us for further assistance.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can you issue the refund on other credit card?<\/strong><br>Sorry, we can\u2019t process refund on a different card. We can only refund on the same payment method used.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I have a problem with my credit card. It\u2019s been cancelled already. Can you reissue the refund on a different card or transfer it to my bank account?<\/strong><br><br>Sorry, due to security reasons we cannot transfer to another card or bank account. We can only refund on the same payment method used. You may contact your issuing bank. <br><br>Some banks issue a cheque on incoming refunds on an inactive card.
