Is Salicylic Acid safe? Can you get reactions?

Using acids on the skin is not for everybody. Some get harsh reactions.

Salicylic acids have different forms too. Our founder, Jasmine, broke out bad with a form of encapsulated salicylic acid but is ok with the salicylic acid in the current Glow Exfoliant we are offering. That’s also one of the reasons why we encourage to do the half face test.

Please note that salicylic acid is also not recommended for pregnant women. You can use our vitamins-based spot corrector Clarifying Serum instead.
