Refund Policy
We, at Skinlycious, love our Clear Skin Kits, and we’re sure you’ll love it too. We believe in our formulae so much that we’re willing to provide a 90 Days Money Back Guarantee on our Clear Skin Essentials Starter Kit and Clear Skin Complete Starter Kit. Simply return the unused portion or even empty bottles for a full product refund excluding shipping and handling fees. (return shipping fee to be borne by Users).
Please note that this guarantee and refund is only valid for the Clear Skin Starter Kits bought from our Site. The 90 Days Money Back Guarantee is not applicable to full-sized products. We do not offer refunds for all our full-sized products as well as on our mini products that are sold separately outside the kit. For returns of products other than Starter Kits, please refer to our Return Policy. If you are a first-time User, we urge you to try the Starter kits first.
If you have purchased the kits during a Free Shipping Promo, there will be a US$15 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount you have paid.
If you have purchased the kits and paid for shipping, the shipping is non-refundable and there will be a US$7.50 handling fee being deducted from the amount you have paid.

The return process for the Clear Skin Essentials Start Kit is as follows:
- Download this Return Form fill it out. Fill up the details, attach the completed Return Form and send it to [email protected] within 90 days of the product receipt date.
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return details. We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA.
- Mail your Clear Skin Starter Kit back to us within 14 days of receiving the RAC.
- Once we receive the Clear Skin Starter Kit, we will send you a full refund of the product cost only; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Upon approval, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Please note that return must have prior approval before they are shipped back to us. We will not accept return without a RMA. The start of the 90 days period is the day courier records successful delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when shipping the product(s). We will not be able to make any refund if we do not receive the return product(s).
Any purchase made by PayPal or credit card will be refunded to the original PayPal account or credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.
If multiple orders for Clear Skin Starter Kits exist in one household, only the first order may qualify for a refund if within the 90 days time frame. This guarantee is only valid for first-time customers.
