    I literally can see my bumps flattening with Cl. Serum on my R side and the bumps became more inflamed with Glow Exf on my L side. After stopping Glow Exf. and using Cl.Serum, the redness and the pimples subsided.

    Hi,

    Sadly the blemish corrector doesn’t work for me as well, even for small bumps. Is there any way I can purchase the old salicylic version?

    I do love the other 2 products tho!

We have discontinued the old Anti-Acne Solution but we are coming up with another salicylic acid based product. We are still in the midst of perfecting it.     I love the serum. Will be good if the cleanser can help to remove blackheads. the blemish corrector don’t seem to help on my blackhead/whitehead/acne. ????

      Hi Tian Tian, thank you for your feedback and your long-term support. Glad to hear that you love our hydrating serum. The purpose of the cleanser is to cleanse thoroughly, so as to prevent new acne/blackheads/whiteheads from forming. As the products are washed away, it’s not quite possible for it to be effective to remove blackheads. Blackheads are oxidised clogs deep in the pore. The blemish corrector is our recommended first line of anti-acne product. It worked for me and many of our testers before we launched. If you find that blemish corrector doesn’t help you, we have our second line, which is a salicylic-acid based product. We will contact you privately on this new product.

Q1. How long do I need to use before I can see results?
A1.Anti-acne products need time to work. Many of you will be able to see improvements in a few days. However, to achieve clear skin, a good estimate is 2-3 months. Some people might experience faster results but usually those are the milder cases. After 3 months, if you still do not see any improvement, it’s best you consult a doctor as you might need medication.

Q2. I have oily and acne skin. Why do I still need to apply Hydrating Serum?
A2. Most people suffering from oily and acne skin has dehydrated but oily skin. Hydrating Serum is an oil-free, water-based hydrator that will hydrate your skin without adding more oil to your skin. When your face is hydrated, this will in turn stimulate your skin to produce less oil, thus less clogged pores and in turn less acne.
