Order Cancellation, Changes, and Return
If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed, please email us at [email protected] with the order no.
If it has not been shipped out yet, we will cancel at no charge for the first order. For subsequent order cancellation, you will bear a minimal cost of SGD $5 (handling fee) to cancel it.
If your order has already been processed by our fulfilment centre and is in the process of being shipped out, it will be categorized as a product return. Find out more about our Return Policy below.

Once the order has been placed, we are not able to modify or make changes. If you would like to made changes in your order such as adding, changing, or removing items. Please place a new order and reach out to our customer care via chat or email for order cancellation and/or refund. Kindly note that once the order been processed by our fulfilment centre and is in the process of being shipped out, it will be categorized as a product return.

The information on this section is applicable to all products except for the Clear Skin Essentials Starter Kit and Clear Skin Complete Starter Kit.
This return policy is only applicable for items purchased at Skinlycious.com or at ToyOutpost-Plaza Singapura. We will not honor items purchased from unauthorised sellers.
For items purchased from e-commerce platforms, please follow their respective return policies and procedures.
We do not accept returns of mini-sized products as we are unable to verify if it has been opened or used.

The return process for all products except mini kits is as follows:
- Download this Return Form and fill it out. Email us the completed form at [email protected]. Products can only be refunded if return form is sent back to us within 30 days of the product receipt date. Strictly no extension.
- We will send you a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) and return details.
- Mail your return product(s) back to use within 14 days of receiving the RAC.
- Once we receive the product(s) and verify they are unused and in original condition, you will receive a full refund of the product(s) cost only; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Upon approval, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that return must have prior approval before they are shipped back to us. We will not accept return without a RAC. The start of the 3 days period is the day courier records successful delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when shipping the product(s). We will not be able to make any refund if we do not receive the return product(s).
A S$5 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount you have paid.
In the rare case of wrong product(s) sent or with manufacturing defects, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the product(s) within 10 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned unused, and in original condition with the seal sticker or shrink-wrap intact. The correct product(s) will be sent to you at our cost. We will also pay for the shipping cost of returning the product(s) to us.
Any purchase made by PayPal and credit card will be refunded to the original PayPal account and credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.
