How to Use — For Active Acne / Breakouts

Part 1: The First 5 Days — The Match+Balance®Phase

Test both spot correctors on acne and post-acne marks on different sides of the face to see which reduces and flattens your acne faster.

Do NOT use Glow Exfoliant and Clarifying Serum on the same area during this phase.

AM / PM Routine

• Step 1 — Cleanse: Use Calming Cleanser on your whole face, morning and night. If you wear makeup or sunscreen, start with Soothing Cleansing Gel first in the evening, followed by Calming Cleanser as the second cleanse.
• Step 2 — Right Side: Apply Glow Exfoliant only to acne and pigmentations on the RIGHT side of your face.
• Step 3 — Hydrate: Apply Hydrating Serum to your entire face.
• Step 4 — Left Side: Apply Clarifying Serum only to blemishes and pigmentations on the LEFT side of your face.

If your skin feels tight or pulling after Hydrating Serum, your barrier may need an oil layer. Mix in or layer Barrier Booster Moisturiser on areas that feel tight.

Part 2: After 5 Days — Your Personalised Routine

• No itch or reaction: Follow the steps in our age-appropriate routine based on your age group.
• Experience itch during patch test: Stop using the product causing the itch and contact us to troubleshoot.

New to acids? A mild tingling sensation is normal when first using Glow Exfoliant — this is the low-pH active formula working. It usually lessens as your skin adjusts. Apply Hydrating Serum right after to soothe. If stinging continues beyond 5 minutes even after Hydrating Serum, your skin may need a slower introduction to acids.

Is it necessary to do the half-face test?

Yes! Because skin is personal — not everyone responds the same way to acid-based or vitamin-based correctors. Rather than guessing, the Starter Kit lets you test both simultaneously. After 2-5 days, you’ll know which one works for yours — before committing to a full-size routine.

What’s the difference between Glow Exfoliant and Clarifying Serum?

i bought the bigger version after trying this one. the results of this test left me a little confused as my forehead broke out a little when it was fine when I first tried the products. but eventually it went away when i continuously applied the products and the seller also reached out to me explaining some stuff and how was the half face test which was rly nice. the hydrating serum is the best thing ever. more than one month after using this my skin has nvr been glowier like glass skin.
